食材:雞肉(雞胸肉或雞腿肉都可)、馬鈴薯、韓式冬粉(馬鈴薯粉做的)、高麗菜(可加可不加)、洋蔥,一般還會加紅蘿蔔之類的。
燉雞醬配料:辣椒、蒜頭、蔥、辣椒粉、醬油、糖 (或者可以買現成的燉雞醃料)

Ingredient: Chicken(With Bone and Skin, depends), Potato, Spring Onion, Onion, Koren Vermicilli, Chilli, Garlic

Sauce: Chilli paste or Chilli powder, Soy Sauce, Sugar (or you can buy Braised Chicken Marinade in the Korean market)

Step1: Boil the Chicken 用滾水煮雞肉

Step2: heat the pan, put the garlic, spring oinon, chilli, then put the potatos slice to fry. In this stage, you can put some water which is used for boil the chicken to make the potato become soft. After the ptotao become a bit soft, put the Koren Vermicilli

(You can also use Piri to replace the garlic and chilli, if you don't like them)

用蒜頭、蔥、辣椒去爆香,然後放入馬鈴薯片下去炒,可以用煮雞肉的水下去炒,馬鈴薯熟了再放入韓式冬粉。

(因為沒有辣椒跟蒜頭,於是就用現成的Piri跟蔥下去爆香)

Step 3: put the chicken into the pan, and put the sauce(Chilli paste or Chilli powder, Soy Sauce, Sugar), then keep to heat it.

放入雞肉、醬料(可以買現成的醬料或者用醬油、韓式辣椒粉(醬)、糖)、以及一些煮雞肉的水,慢慢燉煮。這個時候也可以試試味道,看想要辣一點、還是鹹一點,可以放多一點辣椒粉或者醬油。

 

Step 4: you can put some vegetable like sweatheart cabbage or courgette.

可以放入高麗菜之類的

Step 5: spinkle sesame seeds, that's done!

撒上白芝麻,就完成囉!
